Acacia
are a four-piece rock band hailing from the UK. The band was founded by the
Delaney brothers in the year 2000, and have been producing their own flavour of
rock music ever since.

Gary Delaney - Bass Guitar
Andrew Colley - Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals
Alex Reynolds - Drums, Percussion
Acacia's
sound is not easy to categorize, with influences coming from a wide range of
music over the past 40 years from U2 to AC/DC. Their style is unique; up-beat
rock with a funky edge and catchy vocals which is popular with audiences of all
ages.
Acacia
have been gigging constantly around the UK over the past three years, playing
hundreds of venues. In this time they have built up an impressive live show, and
are known for their energy and bass player's on-stage antics. They have had many
positive reviews from critics, generated a lot of publicity and built up a solid
fan base. Acacia have made numerous recordings, The most recent of which is
their debut album 'Slave To The Game'
The
band has recently returned from a successful three week tour in Texas
where
they performed to sell-out crowds at numerous venues, a highlight being the
Budgie and Moxy pre-show party. They also conducted several radio interviews
while in Texas. Acacia are now planning a self-funded tour of Europe & the
United States.
