Cavern 2016 Battle of the Bands Winners!

‘Boa’, A Relatively new, Liverpool based 5 piece band, consisting originally of vocalist Rob, and guitarist Andy, quickly followed by bass player Neil and more recently drummer Mark and Keyboard player Danny.

Although the band does not have a lot of history together, they have achieved promising things in a short space of time, appearing on Juice FM’s “The Next Big Thing”, and various live performances, including dates supporting popular Pop/Jazz singer Thomas Lang. 
Each band member possesses a wide range of musical knowledge, strong playing ability and experience. From Robs unique powerful voice and awesome stage presence, Andy’s precise, creative guitar playing and song writing expertise, to the rhythm section consisting of former ‘Young guitarist of the year’ finalist, Neil taking to bass for the band and Marks tight drumming. The latest addition being Danny, known for his excellent keyboard playing, vocal talents and on stage charisma, after just completed his Music degree at LIPA.
At one level or another, the band members have worked with each other in various other bands and musical projects in the past, and have now formed together for the long term, with some well written, rehearsed and recorded songs, Boa are ready to show the world what they have to offer.
