Biography |
Based out of the San
Francisco Bay Area, Frankie Siragusa, already a seasoned musician at
age 22, is embarking on his solo career. His previous band’s
include Blue Imagination and Panic Button which gained an
underground following in the local scene. Having spent 6 years on
these previous projects, Siragusa has finally decided to do it all
himself. He plays all of the instruments on his upcoming EP, and
wrote, engineered, and produced the entire CD as well.
Early this year, Siragusa added members to his group to give him a
4-piece live line-up. With such influences as The Beatles, Green
Day, and Foo Fighters, Siragusa has put together a live band that
shows off his playful melodies. Without pinning a style onto FBTS,
the sound is catchy with a rock edge. His lyrics lend an abstract
twist. While nothing sounds absolutely random or thrown together, he
maintains a fresh unpredictability. Songs like ‘Upside Down
Train’ make even those who don’t like to sing along, shout the
catchy chorus. Other songs like ‘Let The Sun Shine’ have an
energy that does not let go.
