Redshed are a well
established band now in the UK based in Sheffield.
They have played all
the major venues in Sheffield including - Leadmill (recently
selling out the Steel Stage), Fuzz Club, Boardwalk, Fez Club as
well as all the top venues in Liverpool and Manchester - Liverpool
Carling Academy, Cavern Club, Zanzibar, Roadhouse, and Club NME
supporting the MOBO award winning Lethal Bizzel.
They have been securing support slots with the best up and coming
bands such as The Kooks, Clor, The Longcut, The Little Flames,
Arctic Monkeys, Towers of London, Viva Voce, Polytechnic, The
Cinematics.
They signed a record
deal with This Sound and released their EP 'Boundaries' which hit
the shops on 12/12/05 and had positive press feedback including
NME, Kerrang and many student magazines and also getting
airplay on Radio 1 from Steve Lamacq.
