Booking Conditions
1. Prices are inclusive of
VAT.
2. Tickets for events and hotel vouchers will be issued on receipt of final
balance.
3. Space may be secured only upon receipt of £40 non-refunable deposit per
person per package.
4. Additional tickets must be paid for in full upon booking.
5. There can be no refund on tickets purchased for events.
6. Package balances must be paid in full by June
1st..
7. No refunds will be made on balances if
cancellation is after June 1st.
8. We cannot guarantee nor confirm the hotel of your choice if the balance is
not paid by June 1st.
9. Cavern City Tours Limited reserve the right to
change the billing and timing of any event at any
given time without prior notice.
10. Cheques and Postal Orders to be made payable to Cavern City Tours Limited.
11. Signing this form implies acceptance of these conditions.
12. Extra nights available at the
following rates:
Grand Central Unite £35 per night single occupancy, Tudor Close and
Mulberry Court £25 per night single occupancy, Thistle, Adelphi and Liner
£85 per night based on twin/double occupancy.
13. Breakfast not included at Grand Central Unite, Cathedral Park, Tudor Close
or
Mulberry Court .
14. Single rooms will have 1 single bed plus private facilities at all hotels.
15. All Grand Central Unite rooms have single beds and shared facilities
(student style self-catering accommodation).
16. Single room supplements vary for each hotel, see booking form for details.
17. Accommodation alterations to confirmed package bookings after the 1st of
June will incur a £20 administrative charge. This
does not include booking extra nights or extra tickets.
18. Family rooms can accommodate two adults and two children. Persons under 12
years of age are classed as children and stay free. Baby cots
must be reserved in advance. Phone for special rates.
19. There are a small number of jacuzzi superior double rooms at the Adelphi at
a premium of £30 per room, per night. Please ask for
details when booking.
20. CCT cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by people during
their stay; nor is CCT responsible for late
cancellation due to customer illness or misfortune. CCT
strongly urges customers to arrange their own travel insurance
21. Customers who pay deposit by 30 January 2016 are
guaranteed an opportunity to purchase a
ticket for the 800th Liverpool Birthday Concert when line-up is announced.
